I tried first free training (kickboxing) and really liked it! The club has 2 floors. Dressing room, toilets, showers are very clean. As I didn't have mynown equipment first time, they gave me boxing glows and leg pads. You pay 50 euros for the membership and then every 15 days, depending on your package. It's very comfortable for expats like me, because if you move to another city or find smth else, you can just stop paying. Big clubs offer year contracts, which are hard to cancel.

The best place to stay or become fit in Lisbon! It has kickboxing, boxing and muay thai training. You can also do private lessons and the staff is super friendly and welcoming!

Amazing facilities, very friendly staff. Bernardo is a great Muay Thai coach, offering good advices and showing nice combos. 🥊 🇹🇭 The changing rooms are super clean with provided soap and shampoo from a great brand 👌 The lady at the entrance was also very welcoming 🙂 All these details which make you wanna come back!

Very nice facilities, very friendly staff. I loved the boxing classes very much, although I learnt in Brazil and it was very hard to get the name of punches right. It is great if you are in Lisbon on holidays as well, very affordable prices. I will definitely be back when in Lisbon. Thank you Margarida and João, hope to see you again soon!
