Was für eine tolles Polestudio! Wir waren 5 Tage an diesem tollen Ort und trainierten mit Gabriela. Gabriela ist eine angenehme, motivierende, unterstützende und wertschätzende Trainerin! Wir haben viel gelernt und konnten hier auch wunderbar entspannen. Das Studio liegt in direkter Nähe zum Hafen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer in dem wir schliefen war liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet und die restlichen Zimmer wie das Esszimmer oder die Küche ließen keine Wünsche offen. Definitiv kommen wir wieder und können alles nur weiterempfehlen! Danke Gabriela!

I had a really great time staying here! As I was the only person staying at the guest house, this meant I had the chance to take some private classes, as some classes are dedicated exclusively to the people joining the retreat; Francesca is an amazing teacher, really caring and helpful and able to spot exactly the issue that is preventing you from getting properly into the trick. Also, Gabriela, the studio owner, made sure my staying here was smooth and took care of selecting breakfast items based on my food preferences. I feel this is the perfect balance between going on a vacation and doing pole at the same time. Also, Setubal is a really cute and nice town which, although quite small, is actually really happening. Would consider repeating the experience again and I learnt a lot during my time here. The only remark I would do is that from the description on the website some things weren't super clear, so that could be improved to provide a clearer expectation to people signing up. However, finally, my experience was even better than my expectation :D Thanks to both Francesca and Gabriela for making this an unforgettable experience!

I have spend 9 Days there together with my partner and friends and I had an absolut blast! For pole enthusiasts and anyone else - a must! Lovely host - beautiful place - lots of space - great location - really enjoyed my stay!
