If you want to learn Portuguese, then Caravela School is the right place for you. We took a two-week intensive course and never expected to make such rapid progress. Joana is an excellent teacher who teaches with a lot of passion and fun and patiently answers every question. The lessons are varied and include grammar, listening comprehension, writing, conversation, and lots of vocabulary. The group size was perfect, and Joana created a great learning atmosphere. We definitely recommend learning Portuguese here.

I recently completed the A2.2 Intensive course at Carvela and am extremely happy with the results. I’ve taken courses at two other schools and this was by far the most enjoyable. Joana keeps things moving by using many different teaching methods so boredom is never a factor.
