I absolutely love coming to this studio! The instructors are amazing — they’re always full of energy and support me every step of the way. I found an incredible community of awesome girls here, where we laugh, push past our comfort zones, and discover new limits of what we can do. Dara is amazing, the space is amazing. It’s become a safe place for me and in one month of consistent lessons Dara has taught me moves and tricks and I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do! I love the pole dancing but my favorite lessons are the “stripdance” and “flexibility” classes. She is super patient with every single person, especially me as I have a fish memory for choreography ahaha… but she never gives up and makes sure we all get the same amount of attention and she adapts the moves to the level of each person in the class. I would recommend Dara Rum Pole Dance to ANYONE wanting to feel sexy and more confident in their skin. The prices are also affordable and the studio is spacious and in a quiet and easy to find location in Odivelas !

Best pole dance studio in Lisbon! Don’t go to another places it’s waist of time. Pretty and clean studio with big rooms and stylish design! Everything you need is there - dancing equipment, spray, napkins, magnesium. Just come and dance. The owner is very nice girl❤️

Absolutely love the studio,very spacious,has room for changing,variety of different classes too. I personally go with Anna-high heels and vogue teacher and atted her classes regularly because she has great energy,technique and explains everything in small detail,repeating if needed.We usually film videos of the learnt peace which is great and not mandatory as well if you’re shy. Overall really recommend🔥🔥🔥
