Have been training at here for about 8 months now and loved every minute... even the difficult days. The instruction is well planned and supportive to new and experienced students alike. Instruction is also done in Portuguese and English which is helpful as it allows students from all over to train. The community of students is also super helpful. This has been a huge benefit for someone like myself being new to the country. Looking forward to continuing my training!

Joined the head-instructor José for an afternoon No-Gi class. First time training in a gym using the “eco-approach” and I enjoyed my training! The level of instruction was great, good level of people present ranging from black to white belts and the approach was fun. I’d surely recommend going to 5 Elements, so reach out to them and enjoy the training 🙏

We visited the gym and it was amazing! Pedro, the coach, is a great teacher: he follows the ecological approach and the lesson was a blast! Positional games and challenges with clear goals, good for beginners and more experienced practicioners alike. The vibes are splendid, everyone is respectful and friendly (very good also for girls). The mat space is not huge but was plenty as the class was not packed (around 10-15 people). The changing rooms were clean and had warm showers. Great spot if you are travelling around Algarve!
