O Focus Jiu-Jitsu Headquarters é um excelente local para crianças aprenderem jiu-jitsu, com professores dedicados e um ambiente amigável. As instalações são ótimas, com amplos tapetes para treino. É uma ótima oportunidade para fazer novos amigos enquanto se divertem a aprender uma nova arte marcial.

Passed through Porto earlier this month and stopped in for a class. This was one of the most professional and welcoming gyms I’ve trained in. I wish I could train here weekly. Whenever I’m back in Porto I will definitely make it a point to stop in!
