Este é um ótimo centro desportivo em Lisboa, ideal para crianças que querem praticar vários desportos, incluindo natação e padel. Os instrutores são muito dedicados e criam um ambiente amigável, embora a administração possa parecer desconectada. É importante lembrar que os jovens devem usar sempre uma t-shirt durante as atividades, mesmo no verão.

Almost everything perfect. The machine to pay the fee to use the track is really slow and there is a guy that is always mad if you run without a t-shirt even in summer, is just so annoying, more than that the place is really nice

Such a great spot for padel! The outdoor courts are clean, affordable, and perfect if you're just getting into the game. It's usually easy to book, but best to give them a call to double-check your court. Super friendly vibe overall!

Great track for intervals. It's 3 Euro at the entrance on the east side. Cash or card. There is a guard there. Oh you got to keep your singlet on. 😁

Good sports complex for practicing various sports. Great centre, a bit strangely run as there feels a disconnect between the administration and the sporting services in the centre, but the coaching staff for the swimming are fantastic and do a wonderful job with the kids. The pool could do with a refresh as it starts to feel old. But overall I would recommend.
