If only I’d discovered Kultlingua a few years ago, I’m sure I’d be pretty fluent in Portuguese by now. Anna de Carmo is a total professioal. The lessons are snappy, the pace varied and the language is explained brilliantly. There are classes at different levels to which Ana will direct you as she assesses your level in a first lesson. I have thoroughly ENJOYED and looked forward to each session. The recent intensive course provided plenty of consolidation, as well as insights into the local culture and music. Inspiring! I have been studying Portuguese with Ana for over two years now. She is an excellent teacher who makes her classes very interesting and interactive. Her primary focus is on speaking the language . She is patient , listens well, relating to her students and engages with each individually , encouraging them to speak. As well as the language, she likes to give her students a sense of the Portuguese culture and ends every class with Portuguese music. I would highly recommend Ana and Kultlingua.
