I had a great experience with the A1 course! The small class size, camaraderie, and learning structure kept things moving and fun. Frederico asks questions throughout class so I didn’t feel lectured to. The intake of the information felt more organic and the online homework is gamified and really helped me consolidate what we covered in the classroom. A2 here I come!

I just want to take a moment to share how much I’ve truly appreciated learning A1 Portuguese with Frederico. The way he maps everything out week to week makes the language feel manageable, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. The pacing is perfeito, never rushed and never overwhelming. Frederico is a brilliant teacher! I studied A1 at another school last year and then did A1 with Frederico this year - the difference between the 2 was huge. His teaching style is so refreshing, focusing on what you need to know rather than reciting hundreds of verbs/vocab you’ll never use. The learning studio he uses is also an amazing resource - it made at home study between classes enjoyable and helped consolidate the in class learning really well. I’ll definitely be back for A2…unlike the first school, I feel like I’ve learnt enough to finally move up a level!
