As aulas de Pilates com António Craveiro são uma excelente opção para melhorar a flexibilidade e a força, adequadas a várias idades. O estúdio é bem equipado e António é um instrutor muito profissional e apaixonado pela técnica. É recomendável verificar os horários das aulas, pois houve algumas queixas sobre atrasos.

At 75 I needed to improve flexibility and strength. Antonio has a great studio and very professional teaching technique. I am only 8 classes in but can see improvement. Pilates is the perfect activity for Boomers.

I have had Pilates classes in Los Angeles and London, and Antonio Craveiro is the best! He is more than a teacher, I'd say a professor of whole body connectivity. He is very precise in our movements, so we get the most benefits without fear of injury, and we also have some laughs. Fantastic!

I attended group classes for two months and found the studio to be well-equipped and Antonio’s curriculum to be extensive. However, I was disappointed by the consistent late start times, shortened class durations, and frequent interruptions due to Antonio’s personal conversations and irrelevant stories. Additionally, his self-promotional and condescending attitude, coupled with his sexist and homophobic remarks, created an unprofessional and disrespectful learning environment. Despite the positive aspects of the studio, I cannot recommend Antonio due to his self-absorbed and bullish behaviour. For those seeking a Pilates experience that prioritises professionalism, respect, and a focused practice, this studio might not be the ideal choice.
