Esta piscina foi inaugurada a 28 de julho de 1967 e remodelada em dezembro de 1997. Apresenta uma elevada qualidade de serviços na área de atividades aquáticas. Oferece igualmente um serviço complementar de cardiofitness, musculação e duas salas para a prática de desportos de combate e aulas de grupo. Great pool, everything was clean and comfortable. You're required to wear flip flops but as I had forgotten mine, the lady in the front desk borrowed me a pair. Had a great experience! Check the image I added to understand the opening hours. At least in February 2026, the pool is closed for a few hours in the evenings, gym on Saturday afternoon. If you go to the pool in the morning, 7 or 9 seem to be better than 8 AM, as two times I was there at 8 there were classes and much less space to swim.

Absolutely wonderful pool! Staff at the front desk are friendly, welcoming and patient with my rubbish (almost complete inability to speak) Portuguese. The pool is well maintained, comfortable temperature and the swimmers are courteous. It hasn't been crowded at the times I visit. The ladies changing room is spacious and clean. I always try out public swimming pools when I travel and this is one of the best I've been to.

Equipment is not repaired when broken. I joined 8 months or so ago and both rowing machines are out of commission and not safe to use. When I ask employees and the front desk about getting the machines repaired, they shrug their shoulders and say the company who repairs things never brings the parts. I've found the parts online, but for some reason the people who repair them can't seem to do anything. So, unfortunately, I am changing gyms. It is really disappointing since the location is ideal and i like supporting the city, but they really don't care about those machines or the clients who used to row. They closed the entire gym and pools from June through August and I thought they would make necessary repairs then, but nope.

Extremely filthy swimming pool, it is actually disgusting how dirty it is In December it was closed due to „biohazard” because it was so dirty and they re-opened it in January and it looks even worse
