O Complexo Aquático de Santarém é um ótimo destino para passar o dia em família, com piscinas de diferentes temperaturas e uma piscina de ondas. É ideal para crianças de todas as idades, mas é importante ter em mente que o pagamento online é limitado ao MB Way, o que pode ser um inconveniente para alguns visitantes.

It’s a fantastic place to spend the day with children. The water is not deep and there is the wave swimming pool for grown up. It has also a restaurant on the top we’re you can have a meal before going home. Ice cream and small meals and non alcoholic drinks in a bar near the swimming area. I do recommend a visit!

I had so much fun here with my friend it has a wave pool that produces waves every hour for 10 mins, it also has two big pools one for adults and another one for babies all with different temperatures, it also has 2 slides one big one and another small one to race your friends/family, and another thing it has is balls that you can stay inside while inside the water, defenitly recommend, especially with friends and family. 10/10 going again.

I was really looking forward to visiting Viver Santarém Complexo Aquático, but the experience was frustrating before I even set foot in the complex. The only method of payment they accept when purchasing tickets online is MB Way, which is a huge inconvenience for anyone without a Portuguese phone number. This limited payment option excludes a lot of potential visitors, especially tourists who don't have access to MB Way. It’s baffling that in 2024, an attraction like this wouldn't offer more inclusive payment methods like credit cards or PayPal, which are standard worldwide. The process was unnecessarily stressful, and in the end, I couldn't purchase tickets online. I expected better accessibility from such a popular facility. If you’re not a local, be prepared for an unnecessary hassle or consider visiting a different venue that offers more flexible payment options.
