O Complexo de Piscinas de Loulé, localizado junto ao Parque Municipal de Loulé, consiste num equipamento desportivo, constituído por duas áreas distintas: Complexo Exterior e Complexo Interior.O Complexo Exterior, inaugurado em junho de 1986, no mandato do Presidente José Cavaco, conta com uma Piscina Olímpica (50 metros), uma Piscina de Saltos, uma Piscina Infantil e um chapineiro, está ainda dotada de uma área de relva, espaço apreciado para passar um dia em família.Devido às dimensões da Piscina Olímpica, o Complexo tem recebido grandes eventos tanto nacionais como internacionais de Natação Pura e Polo aquático.Tornou-se por tudo isto, imperativo a construção de uma Piscina Coberta. .

Swimming area clean, swimming pools are clean. Little shop to buy snacks and colddrinks. Hairdryers and umbrellas avail. Lifeguards attentive and alert. In general very nice for cooling down on these hot days.

Awesome exterior pools with very good and clean facilities. The staff is very friendly. I advise you to take some food with you because once you enter you can't leave (without having to pay another ticket) and they don't sell any food inside.

UPDATE! **the sauna has been repaired now! Its working ok.12 june 2025 💥💥💥 ———————- This sauna, is not working properly, the minimum temperature for finnish sauna is 80c, otherwise the pores of the skin do not open and clean toxins from the body! *we wasted out money this sauna, because the temperature was only going to maximum 62c, we saw the sauna thermostat is broken, we told them to repair it, but they dont do anything! The people in charge this municipal piscina do not care about the operation and proper maintenance of the facilities. This is very bad! *Also someone painted the sauna bench seating and walls with gloss lacquer! This is wrong, and dangerous, because the lacquer gets very very hot like a frying pan, so you cannot sit on the sauna benches, or you will get burned! Plus lacquer is flammable and can catch fire! *The sauna benches and walls need to be shaved, so the wood is natural, and will not get so hot, and reduce risk of fire! We heard also there has already been a fire in this sauna! So there we are!💥

Update your hours it’s very frustrating to come to swim and it’s closed when it says open till 8pm on Saturday on Maps.
