As Piscinas Municipais de Vila Nova de Famalicão oferecem uma experiência de natação para todas as idades, com uma piscina olímpica que se destaca na região. Embora as instalações sejam consideradas um pouco datadas e o acesso à piscina exterior esteja limitado, é um bom local para relaxar e desfrutar de um dia de verão. Verifica os horários de abertura, pois a piscina interior tem horários restritos.

Average facilities ,does have a Olympic pool which makes it different to most pool in the neighbouring cities.Training swimming club hires out most of the hours not giving room for others to swim.You get lucky if you will be able to swim.Public pool but usually only used by the local club.

It's hot outside! The outdoor pool is still closed! The inside one provides open swimming maximum twice a day half an hour each time! No slides inside, no pool for little onces. It doesn't have air conditioner, it's just boiling in the area of showers and in the waiting room for parents! The fact that the boys and the girls areas are devided but in the end girls and boys go with mums to the Mulhers (female) and with the fathers to Homens(male) areas doesn't make any sence. The water has a very strong smell of chimicals.
