A great facility, fantastic Pool. It had all the right equipment and was very clean and worth the $20 charge. We were there for four nights and went three of the four times

Best gym I’ve been to. I have no ideas how anyone could not give this gym a 5/5. Complainers I guess . Sauna, steam room, cold plunge , hydrotherapy, amazing showers , all the equipment you need for any workout . I just wish I had a place like this back home

It is a nice place, but enrollment fee is ridiculous - just to charge. But even more so 3.5 eur extra for simply paying a monthly fee! Come on

Had high expectations. This was the most expensive day pass I’ve ever paid for a gym anywhere in the world, and unfortunately the value just isn’t there. The equipment is noticeably outdated, and the overall facility feels like it hasn’t been meaningfully upgraded in years. When you have no competition in the area, I guess you can charge whatever you want; but calling the place “exclusive” doesn’t change the reality. Maybe it was exclusive two decades ago, but today the premium price tag isn’t backed by premium quality.

I joined this gym at the beginning of 2022, paying €70 per month. In just three years, the price has jumped to €110 — that’s a 57% increase — without any improvements to justify it. Facilities are consistently disappointing: the jacuzzi and saunas are almost always “under maintenance,” and the pool and jacuzzi are overloaded with chlorine instead of using a healthier saline system. The group classes are equally underwhelming. One single instructor is assigned to everything — Pilates, Body Pump, Yoga, Dance, etc. — clearly lacking the proper training for each discipline. It feels more like a low-effort circus than a serious gym. The most disappointing experience, however, has been the children's swimming classes. I tried twice with my kids, and both times were a letdown. The instructor — a lady specifically assigned to children's swimming — always looks irritated and brings a cold, unfriendly attitude to the class. She never smiles, and her demeanor completely intimidated my kids, making them uncomfortable and unwilling to go back. Overall, for what they dare to charge, this gym is absolutely mediocre. Fortunately, there are now plenty of better gyms in Cascais offering better prices, friendlier staff, and superior service. I'm happy to move on. Bye.
