Lot of good words to say. Great place to visit if you are traveling and want a spot where to feel like you belong there, you wanna try jitsu for a first time or you are preparing for a competition. Awesome and friedly staff and people. Professor Carlos is unique and warmth personality and will look forward so youre not getting any damage. Feel very welcomed. Definately will say that this is my home gym in Portugal. 🙏🏼 PS. Clean envirenoment, showers, strenght and fitness gym, and easy to find.
