I had to repeatedly contact the school to send payment details as they were delayed in sending the bills. My son decided to stop attending the school in March because it wasn't meeting his expectations and wasn't teaching what was advertised. After he stopped attending, we didn't receive a bill for April, and I didn't expect one either. I sent an email to the school, informing them about the situation and asking them to contact us if they needed anything. However, the school ignored my email and never replied. Two days ago, I received an email from a company representing the school, asking to collect money for the month of April. I believe the school's behavior has been unprofessional from the beginning, starting with the difficulty in obtaining payment details. They could have at least responded to my email and explained that I should still pay for April even though my son didn't attend. Instead, they chose to involve a bill collector without prior communication. I find this approach very unprofessional and would prefer to avoid it.
