Really cool place, great people everyone has made me feel welcome 🙏 I don’t speak any Portuguese, but I was not left out in anyway I go in feeling stressed after work come out feeling good I was a bit nervous going in the first day, but when I came in was greeted with a big welcome and there are people of all ages, men and women the only thing what is bad about the hole thing is the fact I have to go home in a few weeks and won’t be able to continue the classes.
